A cozy building not far from the Restaurant District, the HHS is funded by Whitestag and is home to a group of stalwart individuals dedicated to making sure Hybrids are treated humanely while making routine missions into the outskirts to capture ferals and bring them into society. It is a haven to abused pets, though many ferals find it a horrible place to be and a frightening concept.
